United Wound Care brings hospital and patient records into one place, including the detailed documentation that wound care depends on.
Medical staff use it to capture large amounts of structured, sensitive data, so the forms had to be thorough without becoming a burden, and the records had to be easy to find and to read.
The platform is built on Drupal. Wound photos uploaded through it are processed in Python to support analysis, including experimental wound detection with light-based image scanning: conventional image processing, not AI.
