Bookngo is a flight booking web application: search for flights, compare fares and book, with live data behind every screen.
Booking flows are long and data-heavy, and every step waits on an API. My job was to design and build an interface that stays fast and calm while that data arrives.
The front end is Angular, on a .NET back end. I worked closely with the back-end developers to keep the integration stable and the workflows efficient, iterating quickly under tight timelines.
- Op 01
Designed the UI/UX of the flight search and booking flows.
- Op 02
Built a responsive, user-centred front end in Angular.
- Op 03
Implemented lazy loading and skeleton loading so content from the APIs feels quick to arrive.
- Op 04
Integrated the front end with the .NET APIs, in close collaboration with the back-end team.
- Op 05
Iterated on the details under tight timelines to keep every workflow smooth.
- Faster perceived performance on data-heavy search and booking screens.
- A live booking flow that works on every device.
